SKUWD makes reordering almost automatic.
When you create an item, you set a Low Stock Point. This is the number where you say:“Hey, when this drops to here, I need to restock.”
Example: you set low stock point at 3.
So… the moment that item quantity hits 3 or lower — SKUWD moves that item onto your Low Stock List.
You don’t have to remember anything. You don’t have to check manually.SKUWD is watching it for you.
What happens next?
When you decide to reorder that item, you mark it as Ordered.
Once you do that → SKUWD moves that item into your On Order section.
This keeps all your active reorders organized in one clean view.
No guessing. No “did I order this already?”No double buying.
When the new stock arrives
Once the order comes in and you receive your items, you tap Received.
the item quantity gets updated
the item leaves the On Order list
and if the quantity is now above your low stock point → it will no longer show in Low Stock
SKUWD keeps everything clean.
In plain English
Low stock = needs to be orderedOn order = ordered but not arrived yetReceived = stock is back above minimum → all good
That’s it.
Inventory shouldn’t be stressful.SKUWD removes the mental load and lets you focus on the actual work.
