Skuwd uses Stripe, Inc. as a third-party payment processor. Skuwd does not store or process your payment card details. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy and security practices.
Skuwd may receive limited billing-related metadata from Stripe (such as subscription status, plan type, and payment confirmation) solely for account management, service provisioning, and customer support.

3. Data Storage and Infrastructure
Skuwd stores and processes user data using Firebase, a cloud service operated by Google LLC and hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be transmitted to and stored on third-party cloud infrastructure operated by our service providers. While Skuwd implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Retention
Skuwd retains user data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to:

You acknowledge that Skuwd is not responsible for the nature, legality, accuracy, or ownership of content uploaded by users. Users remain solely responsible for all content they upload, store, and manage through the Service.
